What it consists of:
comparing together a document,aimed at developing and defining the annual communication strategy, containing the following chapters: market analysis, competitors and benchmarks, SMART Goals, audience and buyer personas, channel strategy, channels and actions, tone of voice and visual storytelling, storytelling topics, advertising actions, timeline, team organization and metrics.
Method / how it works:
After a first meeting / call and briefing with the customer (usually about 2 hours) and the sharing of necessary materials, the expected implementation time is about 1 month. After that, a second meeting / meeting call is organized for the delivery of the presentation. Processing time: 3-4 weeks.
